Emoney Advisor on Wednesday announced the launch of some new features for its digital marketing and engagement tool Bamboo.
For many consultants the most important of them is integration with the popular RedTel customer relationship management platform, which will enable advisors to more easily manage contact communications within Bamboo. Using the integration, consultants can now import contacts and groups for email outreach and track correspondence from Bamboo within RedTel.
Two additional enhancements announced include email scheduling (providing the ability to set emails to send at a later date), and customizable branding (allowing consultants to add their firm’s logo and branding to content).
The company shared some of its 2022 vision and planned road map in November, including the inclusion of “smart content” on Bamboo, dynamic real-time linkage between financial planning and third-party investment management applications, as well as in its incentive application.
