“We are excited to welcome Wealthscope to the Andex community. By providing clean, secure data from any source, we help the Canadian financial industry stay competitive.” Laurent Bensemana, CEO and founder of Andex Systems added.
Advisors can now perform portfolio analysis for client recommendations and regular review on demand, eliminating the need to download market and client data and compress the figures into Excel. Downside risk, sector exposure, macroeconomics, ESG, and equity considerations are all examined.
Advisors can also use a modern user interface to evaluate products, develop “what-if” scenarios such as cryptocurrency allocation, execute simulations for financial goals using real or imaginary portfolios, clients- Creating custom reports, and more.
The merger of Wealthscope with Andex is the latest innovative move by the fintech company. Last year, it added ESG to its portfolio analytics capability by partnering with OWL Analytics, a US-based big data firm focused on ESG research. Further integration cemented Wealthscope’s position as the first platform in Canada to provide portfolio-level ESG scoring directly to retail investors.
Nolan said at the time, “Our partnership with OWL Analytics allows us to respond to market demands for responsible investing and adds this important dimension to our existing portfolio scorecard for overall valuation.”
