A boomer at the crossroads of an old policy
A hypothetical policyholder is about to call the fictitious an insurance advisor. They are going to discuss the options that the policyholder now has for the old life insurance policy that he had purchased “when he was a child”. We will refer to the policyholder personally and generically as Charlie or “C” to show that my creativity knows no bounds. We will refer to Advisor as “A” for the same reason.
